Here's where things got a little futuristic. Zia, our AI assistant, stepped up this year to help with IT automation, log pattern generation, and custom plugin creation. Zia never tires, never forgets, and is always ready to help you make sense of complex patterns or automate repetitive tasks.

Integrating tools shouldn’t feel like a political negotiation. Our OpenTelemetry support is the universal translator you needed for your telemetry data—open, flexible, and ready to work with the tools you already love.

Plus, CMDB synchronization with ServiceNow and ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Cloud keeps your configuration data flowing where it needs to go.

Our mobile synthetic monitoring now tests app performance from the user's perspective, while Session Replay lets you walk in your users' shoes, experiencing every click and scroll.
