Currently the Windows Update monitors show the full history of failed Windows Updates. I want to have alerts to say any failed updates that are still outstanding. I do not want alerts for an update that failed 2 years ago and has long since been supersceded, which as far as I can tell is all that is possible at the moment.

If you are receiving alerts for historical failures that have already been superseded, we recommend contacting support for further analysis.
